I live far away and don’t want to drive up Thursday. Can I split up the drive?

You bet your bottom dollar! The counselors’ houses in Pittsburgh are open for anybody to stay over Wednesday night.

Any time you’d like after 2pm (the witching hour)

How do I know which cabin to stay in?

The sleeping situation will be similar to a wedding - everyone will be assigned a cabin ahead of time. However, once you're settled, you’re totally free to move around as you please. If you want to join up with another group to form one mega-cabin, do ya thang. If you spy an empty cabin and want to roll solo, do ya thang. The only rules are 1. You cannot move air conditioners 2. You can’t kick anyone out of their bed and 3. Don’t leave anybody alone in a cabin unless that’s what they’re looking for.

How will the non-cabin rooms be assigned?

There are a few rooms for people to stay in outside of the cabins. As these rooms are a touch nicer than the in-cabin spaces, we will have a lottery ahead of time to see who gets to stay there and reach out to the winners individually. Join the Discord for more info!

I want to carpool, but don’t know anybody else in my city coming up. WHAT TO DO.

Post something in the discord! Or reach out to one of the counselors! People are coming in from all over, chances are there is someone else leaving from your city. We’ll facilitate as much as possible

Am I allowed to bring my girlfriend/boyfriend?

Absolutely! Everyone gets a significant other +1. If they’re cool enough to date our friends, they’re cool enough for camp.

Am I allowed to bring my other friends?

Nope! Until we get responses from everybody on our list, we’re keeping extra people to a minimum. Over 100 people are invited, and we don’t want to over-book.

When are payments due and how can I give you my hard-earned money??

Payment due date is June 30th since we're still working through the pricing and we will be setting up a single Venmo or Paypal that you can send money to. More to come on this.

I have dietary restrictions and I'm only able to eat peat moss and hardened Franken Berry cereal. What should I do?!

Fret not! There are fridges where separate food items can be placed if need be. You can also get separate meals ordered for you by filling out the lodging/food survey located on the Waivers/Surveys page

How will meals work?

Breakfast and Dinner are fully catered! We will have Breakfast ready to go at 9:30am (with coffee), and dinner served at 6:00pm. However, lunch is completely up to you. There are fridges in the main lodge with room enough for everyone, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. As long as you clean up after yourself, feel free to use whatever tools you need.

Is smoking allowed?

Nope! This is a children’s camp for children-ass-children, there is absolutely no cigarette/cigar smoking allowed. If you gotta, buy a vape for the weekend. 

What's the bathroom situation?

There is a big honkin' bath house for the cabins to share! There is a guy's side and a girl's side, plenty of showers, plenty of stalls, and the water system has been totally revamped since we were last here! Additionally, there are bathrooms scattered across the property in some of the out buildings. When you arrive, you'll receive a map with all of the bathrooms shown.  

Can I bring my (very very good and cute) dog?

Absolutely! You must bring proof that they’re up to date on vaccinations / american citizenship, also make sure they are cool with people & other dogs.
